Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller
Sales Catalyst is operated by us (“we”). For data protection enquiries, contact: info@anytastyfruit.com.
2. What We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

We do not collect names, phone numbers, location data, device identifiers, or any other personal data beyond the above. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs. Free-tier users who do not sign in are not tracked.
3. How We Store Your Data
Data is stored in AWS services (DynamoDB, Cognito) in the eu-north-1 (Stockholm) region within the European Economic Area. Authentication is handled by AWS Cognito. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256).
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Data is processed only by the following sub-processors:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) – infrastructure hosting (EU region)
- Google Play – subscription billing (Google processes payment data directly; we do not receive or store payment details). Google Play has separate usage terms.
Users may choose to let their data be used for improving the app with a separate permission which may be reverted at any point.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
- Access – request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification – correct inaccurate data
- Erasure – request deletion of your data

6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by emailing us. Upon deletion, your email address and all other personal data are deleted.
7. Children
Sales Catalyst is a B2B application not intended for use by anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Sales Catalyst (“the App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The Service
Sales Catalyst is a mobile application for evaluating business meetings through questionnaires and tracking scores over time. The App offers a free tier (default questions, no account required) and a paid Team tier (custom questions, team management).
3. Accounts
To use paid features, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email for authentication. One account per person.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Team tier subscriptions are billed through Google Play. By purchasing a subscription you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- The team lead purchases the subscription. Team members receive access at no additional cost through the team lead’s license.
- Prices are displayed in Google Play and may vary by region.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy.
- We may change subscription prices. Existing subscriptions continue at the current price until renewal.
5. What Happens When a Subscription Expires
When a Team subscription expires or is cancelled:
- Team members immediately revert to the default question set.
- Team statistics become unavailable for all team members.
- All personal meeting scores and statistics are preserved regardless of subscription status.
- Custom question data and team configuration are retained for 12 months, allowing full restoration upon resubscription.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App, use the App for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users’ data, or distribute the App outside Google Play.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App remain our property. You retain ownership of the data you enter (meeting scores, custom questions) unless you have specifically allowed us to improve the app based on the data.
8. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may choose to terminate the app if we want to. Sections 7, 8, and 10 survive termination.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
